The Wilding is currently in phase one, experimenting with new ways of learning, relating & collaborating professionally towards a harmonious attunement with self, others, and the planet we share.

It is a space for different learning communities to gather in sight of one another, learn from each other, share resources, make new connections, and collaborate on future projects together.

The Wilding itself is an open gently held space with minimal but necessary structure, to support and gather information of what we as humans need to cultivate a flourishing future for our shared living communities.

Those working to promote dialogue, participation, connection, collaboration, sharing of stories/culture, and healthy relationships as a way to achieve goals of mutual flourishing be it in business or in social sectors will find resonance here.

Rather than trying to build one big group, we believe small groups are a great way to learn, support and self-organise. The Wilding just naturally allows a network of small group learning communities, to co-exist, inspire and learn from one another. This can better serve the individual not to feel trapped in just one rigid community but rather porous ones that may have exchange or movement between them.

The learning communities or tribes will most likely be emergent or small intimate tribes, that could benefit from being in contact with others trying to build new sustainable futures for themselves.

Small learning groups are a great way to help us support one another, make sense of the world, find belonging, and create new opportunities for one another.
